This is Volume 2 Issue 1 of Stoke Much: a magazine that celebrates the creative culture of skateboarding. This issue is organized around a theme: "Past & Present”

This issue features content that juxtaposes skateboarding’s past against skateboarding’s present in order to gain insight on where we might be headed. This issue contains the following articles:

  • Decades of Ladies: Insight from female pro skaters of the 70s, 80s, 90s, and 00s set against the perspective of young women who are defining skateboarding today. With photos by Jenna Selby, and illustrations by Gary Muller.

  • In The City: A look at street skating in San Francisco in the early 90s, with a focus on the impact of the EMB crew. With insight from Karl Watson, and photos by Dennis McGrath.
